They are the worst!!! There is a high turn over rate with instructors, so you constantly have someone new and your child has to start over. I've gone here off and on for years, each time I hope it will be better... but it's the same. There is no management. Today my 3 year old played on one of the Castles for 25 minutes (literally 25, I timed it) and the instructor never tried to re director or engage her in ANY way, she just stood there. Thank you so much South Bay Aquatics for teaching my kids how to swim & water safety. My 7 year old is in the advanced group swim level & my 23 month old just learned how to roll & float in case he were to fall into a pool. These skills are priceless!
Every teacher we've ever had for my daughter's swimming class had been excellent. I recommend this place to anyone who wants their child to learn how to swim quickly.
I love it I can't wait to be able to take my girls back
