You need to keep calling and reminding the clinic for the reports else they forget you need treatment
got referred to this clinic by healthcare connect, first time I went they said the doctor wasn't in the office that day?? So we rescheduled for the next week and then day before they cancel my appointment again. When I call back to rebook a new appointment they put me on hold for over an hour and then the phone just cut out.
