I wanted to like this new clinic near my home, but sadly it's gotten more disappointing each time. I booked an appointment with my family doctor at 12:15 PM and they saw me at 1-1:15 PM. What is the point of booking an appointment ahead of time? It's like being at a walk in clinic all over again. Also, when they see me, there is usually some frustration and impatience on their part. Like I'm wasting their time. The search for a good family doctor continues.

****edit**** WARNING - I JUST OVER HEARD THIS GUY AT THE DESK SAY THIS LOCATION DOES NOT LOOK AFTER BABIES!!!! Something that is NOT shown ANYWHERE and I just watched a woman wait 30 mins to be turned away becuase these clowns are a Gong Show. Never had a bad experience with one of the Doctors here but the place is a complete GONG SHOW.... Two walk in clinic doctors working but they are in the same room working on one person... so what's the point ? Everything with the family doctors is generally good but they don't allow for prescription renewals with the pharmacy. I've been on a medication for over a decade and if I want to renew the prescription I have to book an apointment that frankly wastes my time and theirs. I literally just go in doctor renews it and I leave but because of that I have to wait for an opening and book an apointment for what used to be an automatic proccess.
