Whoever sits at the front desk are useless. I have been calling and calling for a week now trying to talk to someone as I live an hour away and this is the nearest walk-in all they do is pick up my call and then hangup immediately or they will send you to voicemail but get ready you can’t even leave a voicemail because it’s full and they don’t check. Horrible horrible horrible service from the front desk people.
So far, they have been really helpful.
I had a great experience at the medical center. The walk-in doctor was very professional and experienced, and the front desk team was polite and welcoming. Highly recommend.
