I have 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that had long coats. I brought them to South Bark for bath and grooming. I gave specific instructions to only trim their ears and feet as Cavaliers have beautiful natural coats. I specifically said to NOT shave them. I was horrified when I picked them up as the groomer had SHAVED them!!! They looked like shitzus! Even their eyebrows were shaved off. As I stated to you on the phone today, I am following up with the staff involved to fully understand why your instructions were not carried out and you left our business upset. As promised, I have processed a full refund back to your credut card since we clearly did not meet your grooming expectations.
After going to the same groomer for years I decided I needed to switch just because I didn't take to much of a liking to how my old dog was being treated. Took them to south bark and holy! I never thought I would have someone tell me my dogs were perfect and did so well. My dogs were more relaxed and happy when I picked them up than exhausted like they use to be. I would strongly recommend this place for any service they provid. It is so good knowing my dogs will be treated with love!

The best haircut my dog has ever gotten! I highly recommend them! And they were all so friendly there!
