I have 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that had long coats. I brought them to South Bark for bath and grooming. I gave specific instructions to only trim their ears and feet as Cavaliers have beautiful natural coats. I specifically said to NOT shave them. I was horrified when I picked them up as the groomer had SHAVED them!!! They looked like shitzus! Even their eyebrows were shaved off. Again I want to apologize for the unpleasant experience you received today at South Bark. As I stated to you on the phone today, I am following up with the staff involved to fully understand why your instructions were not carried out and you left our business upset. As promised, I have processed a full refund back to your credut card since we clearly did not meet your grooming expectations.
After going to the same groomer for years I decided I needed to switch just because I didn't take to much of a liking to how my old dog was being treated. Took them to south bark and holy! I never thought I would have someone tell me my dogs were perfect and did so well. My dogs were more relaxed and happy when I picked them up than exhausted like they use to be. I would strongly recommend this place for any service they provid. It is so good knowing my dogs will be treated with love!

South Bark is such an awesome place to take your dog. The staff there are wonderful.
The best haircut my dog has ever gotten! I highly recommend them! And they were all so friendly there!
