Went to urgent care for LIGHT bleeding that’s stopped before I got to urgent care in my 1st trimester & the doctor told me I was having a miscarriage without doing any test. Kelly was an excellent technician. I have issues with the machine and can get extremely uncomfortable during the process. He heard about it and came right out to find me and help me get comfortable. He showed me the machine. We did a test run with me laying down and feeling around. He noticed that I was still having issues and assured me I could still use the headphones and eye cover.
