Andrea and Camille the phlebotomist are excellent.. I’m normally a hard stick it was a blessing to come in and get seen and not have to be poked more then once I want to thank you for your gentle care
For the first-time in 10 years of getting blood taken for labs, it was painless. Thanks to Ms. Dee who was delightful, diligent, kind, friendly, respectful and professional. 5 stars to her excellent work and best experience from a lab.
I came in yesterday with my daughter for ongoing stomach issues to the ER. I was suppose to get bloodwork with an IV. I don’t know the last time I had an Iv. I told the nurse Ms Katie that she was not going to get it and when I get blood at the lab they never get it. Ms Katie was funny and told me to say a little Prayer and to calm down, I wish I listened because I was nervous but she got it right away and without an issues. I owe her an apology! My ultrasound with Mrs Robin was wonderful. She was very professional, polite and answered all of my questions with no judgments. I loved this location becausenits close to my house and covientent for me to travel to. In the future for any other ultrasounds I want Mrs Robin again.
Total knee replacement, fantastic care from Kaiser. Nathan Hans is the best PA. He took are of cortisone shots they worked for 9 months for me.
