Kinyon at the south Baltimore facility was the best phlebotomist ive had he was very nice and showed me every way to make my experience as nonpainful as possible and relaxing i didnt feel a thing. He definitely deserves the 5 stars!!!
Every time I come to the lab they are always extremely helpful and professional tonight I was feeling really bad but the tech Kinyon was great and that’s what keeps me going thank you so much.
I am absolutely appalled by the treatment we received at this Kaiser location, particularly from the receptionist, Monique. From the moment we approached her with a simple inquiry, she was rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. Instead of providing assistance or showing any level of empathy, she responded with hostility and an unacceptable attitude. What made matters worse was that despite the patient being in excruciating stomach pain, we were forced to wait for five hours with no urgency or concern from the staff. ... read more
