I was taken to the Emergency room at Alliance Health Durant for heart issues. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and treated me with quality care in trying to diagnose the problem. DR. Harrington and all nursing staff were very attentive to my needs. I was at north west, won't say why until I make a complaint with hippa it's one most mismanaged hospital the nurses were as rude as I have ever seen. The doctors disrespected me. But if you say something could be felony so instead of getting in trouble go and get some help call Hippa they can do something about what the problem is. Hippa makes these hospitals do things right, and they will take your complaints, don't let them bully you aroud only gave star to get reviewe there is no star for them
Don’t go to this Medical Center unless you have a lot of disposable income. My son went in there for a cough and I got a $2400 bill!! A COUGH! They did many unnecessary tests to drive up the bill. Do yourself a favor and go to an urgent care.
I would like to highly praise and thank an employee who was on duty at the NW Medical Center, Springdale, Ark location on Wednesday, October 16 at approximately 12:30 p.m. I was sent there from my doctor's office to have a chest x-ray. This employee, who was a technician, took me in immediately, performed the x-ray, and then wheeled me in a wheelchair out to my car afterward, because of my breathing problems. Tonight my dad was in the ER and one of his nurses was an RN whose badge looked like the name was KELSEY. Although she was not the friendliest person I have ever met and actually borderlined rude, my main concern is the perfume she had showered herself in. Seriously, the lady reeked and my Dad, along with everyone with him, could not breathe even after she left the room. This really needs to be addressed. It is most unprofessional.
Early Tuesday morning after my 11pm shift ended I went to the ER with symptoms of a UTI. While I was triaged immediately the care I received, or a lack thereof was horrific. It started with the nurse that worked the night shift late Monday night early am. She came in and had a very off-putting mood as if she didn't want to be at work. I was prescribed an "at home" sleep study. I work 3rd shift so I don't get off work until 6:30am. The sleep studies at The Sleep Center of Oro Valley Hospital normally run from 7pm to 7am. I needed to pick up my sleep study kit before 7am. I did not get there to pick up my kit until 7am. Desirie was the technician who was just getting off duty. Nobody else would be there unti 9am. Went to the ER, talked to them for 5 minutes, once they realized I didn't have insurance, they kicked me out. No care, no tests, no diagnosis, no answers to any of my questions, nothing. today I received 2 bills with a total of $1000.
