RecommendedThe Doctors, Nurses and Staff are wonderful. They kept me in stitches 😂 that’s what I was there for, ended up getting 8 stitches in the palm of my left hand and 8 in my right knee. Don’t bother with the Emergency care clinics the team @ South Baldwin will take care of you! ❣️

Dr. Wendy Vix and her staff at South Baldwin Medical Center in Lillian Alabama are AMAZING!!! In the medical care they perform and offer here. I absolutely cannot say enoughe to describe how satisfied, pleased and blessed I am to have such a great, caring doctor taking care of my medical needs. Every time I've ever needed Dr. Vix's care, assistance, advice, ect.... Dr. Vix and her staff has always gone the extra mile to assure all my medical needs have been attended to and met... THANKYOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!!

I am in awe and beyond grateful for everything this amazing team has done for my dad. Due to Covid restrictions he is not allowed to have visitors. I was blessed to connect with Hayden who immediately made me feel at ease. today was my dad's birthday and the staff honored him today by having a mini bday party. Thank you!!!!

Today, August 1st at approximately 12pm I took my friend to the emergency room as she was having a seizure. At first I was told I could go back there with my friend to give her information and then a nurse tells me I can't go back there. I understand the restrictions because of COVID, i totally get it but my friend was going in and out and couldn't even talk. What makes you think she can give information about herself? You have people that you employ that are clearly racist. I understand bad things happens sometimes but if you can't express your anger without being racist and using stereotypes, then maybe you shouldnt work at a place where you encounter people of all colors and all walks of life. This comment was disgusting and I was shocker that this person is employed at a hospital. This has got to stop.

This place is a joke I bet 100$ when my covid test come back it’ll be positive. They kept telling I should have went somewhere else and they wanted to keep covid out of there. Told me to go home with no medication of anything. The democrat nurse practitioner asked if I wanted to take the test like I might not have it all. This place is a sorry excuse of hospital. I have had two surgeries at the hospital, and my husband has admitted for emergency treatment. In all cases we were very well taken care, of. The procedures were explained and discussed to make sure we understood what was happening, and at no time did we feel neglected or that our care was anything but excellent.
I was brought in by ambulance. I was having a massive Heart Attack. Within 15 minutes of the Ambulance arriving I was in operating room. I had the best care possible!! The entire staff where awesome. They where very attentive and kind!! I have never experienced this level of treatment in any hospital!! Thank you for your excellent treatment and care !!!
