RecommendedThe clinic is awesome! The medical staff goes above and beyond to do a thorough work up and listen to everything you have to say. Recently went for a well visit for my son and Santa was there with small little gifts! My son usually screams for shots and the nurse we had knew exactly what to do! It was the best he’s ever been! She even gave my kids a popsicle after. Very impressed ☺️

they refuse to file on my insurance for a procedure that is covered by my plan. they said I have to pay out of pocket for it

My husband had knee replacement surgery. We had such excellent care. Surgery went well with very professional care. Dr. Mason was Fantastic. Our nurse Rachel was so attentive on the orthopedic floor! Thank you all. Physical therapy was great also.
I recently gave birth to my second child Here and I just wanna say, the ob department here Is so amazing. I have met some of the sweetest women and have been treated amazingly. I have had both of my children here and I highly recommend everyone come here and have your babies. They have went above and beyond for me. 🥺❤️

On 9/6 I was involved in a freak accident that caused me to break my ankle, foot, and heel and had to go to an Emergency Room. I am from out of town so I wasn’t familiar with the hospitals. I’m so grateful that the paramedics decided to take me to this hospital! The nurses were wonderful along with the radiology dept and doctors! South Baldwin Medical Center is a team! The culture here is one where everyone jumps in to help no matter how big or small the task that needs to be done. Administration and Management does not walk around in suits afraid to get dirty. I have been impressed these last few days. Administration will do anything! I have seen them working in the kitchen, staying at work 24 and 48 hours, delivering food to the patients, filling buckets of water and taking them to any and every toilet that needed flushing when we had no running wa... read more
My father went there and died in their icu. Less than two weeks and Covid 19 took him. My dad was a PA for 37 years and the top PA at the places he worked. He asked for hydroxychlorine and was refused. Instead they put him on nothing that could combat covid and he died in less than two weeks. He went in looking like Santa Claus and in the process of turning him over his entire left side of his face had bruising that let to his eye being extremely bruised. brother in law was brought in by ambulance for a moccasin bite. they gave him antibiotics, tetanus shot and basically he sat there til 6 the next morning. said he was not a "candidate" for the anti venom. which in reality they probably just don't have. sbrmc didn't even contact poison control, which i understand they are suppose to do, his nurse had not even checked on him to see that he couldn't walk.....ao many fails on this crap show of a hospital... he has now been admitted to a different hospital getting the anti venom,... read more
