My wife, Cynthia Farris fell & injured her left knee during family vacation on Oct. 8-9. She received EXCELLENT care and treatment from the entire medical team. Very much appreciate MIKE HALL for his kind and thorough service (XRay, medical prescriptions and professional treatment and advice.). The ladies in the office laughed at me on several occasions as I filled out my paperwork and asked them questions. My regular doctor sent me over here with paperwork so I could get an X-ray, and they told me it would be about a twenty minute wait. Well, an hour and a half later, after sitting in the lobby with no other patients waiting, I just left. It you want actual service, it's worth the drive to somewhere else.
Will never go back! The nurse we had was absolutely wonderful with our granddaughter. She knew what she was doing-she even told us it sounded like her antibiotic needed to be changed. The dr came in and he was extremely condescending and treated us as if we were idiots. He kept telling us yes she is sick, has fever, but he wanted us to stop her current antibiotic and he was going to give us codeine to treat her headache. This is a conflicting review to write because the nurses and one of the doctors I had were just amazing but the first doctor that I had was Dr. Morrar and he was the most unprofessional, rudest doctor that I have ever come into contact with. I have a history of large kidney stones and drove 40 minutes to this urgent care center because it was the only one open at 10 on a Saturday night. This is the rudest office I have ever been to in my life! The staff is absolutely horrible. I will not ever be going back. The hospital needs to look into this being they are ran by SBH.
We came here first because of the hours--my kids were sick one weekend and they took great care of us. That was two years ago and since then we have been back repeatedly, for an eye injury, flu and colds. Each time we have been very pleased.
