They are very rude and will not return calls. They have changed doctors and not told patients of 2 years. They changed forms to send your records and will not honor your old forms and never told me that they changed forms. You get to see the doctor once and after that you have to see the nurse practioner. I have not seen the doctor in 2 years, only the nurse.
