Front office staff is very rude and impatient. They had great Doctors but their front desk staff and financial policies make it extremely difficult for women’s’ health in a time where that is already difficult, esp in this state. If you’re looking for a warm and inviting OBGYN in Baldwin co, look literally anywhere else. The Hope Center in Fairhope has a medical staff and goes off your income if you’re looking for a medical practice that cares for patients over all else. Hope this helps!

they had me scheduled for a followup to see him at his clinic. I had a date but no time, it was over the labor day weekend so no one at the office to give me an answer on what the time was. I called first thing the morning when they came back in the office to get an answer and was told they don't have me on the schedule and he doesn't have any openings to see me today. Unfortunately I used to love going to this office and my doctor, but over the past three years of dealing with infertility and multiple doctors not listening I have chosen to move to a different doctor’s office. I saw Dr. West most recently after having my standing annual appointment rescheduled by the office two other times. I would not recommend Dr. West to anyone trying to conceive or going through some fertility issues. I left feeling unheard, disrespected and as low as someone can feel going through fertility issues.

I came to nurse Martha Eskridge over 6 years ago with a very big issue. She essentially told me the symptoms I was experiencing were highly unlikely. The way she was quick to dismiss me was crazy. For over 6 years I dealt with multiple symptoms and more. I recently needed documents sent elsewhere. Document transfers are a difficult task for this office. Unless you want to wait over 2 weeks, wait some more because “they don’t know when your documents will be sent”, you have to go pick them up at the hospital next door.

I came to nurse Martha Eskridge over 6 years ago with a very big issue. She essentially told me the symptoms I was experiencing were highly unlikely. The way she was so quick to not believe me was insane. For over 6 years I dealt with crazy symptoms, constant UTIs and so much more. I was able to find a doctor at UAB who identified the cause and helped. I recently had a cyst removed and needed documentation sent to mobile. Document transfers are the hardest task for this office.
