I haven’t seen the doctor yet… This is for KERRI at the front. I walked in with just a question… And she was amazing… So friendly… So kind and helpful. She was personable and she smiled the entire time. I left my other office because the front desk girl was rude and not helpful so when I walked in and spoke with Kerri, I was elated
This office is extremely unprofessional. No friendliness. Waited for 30 minutes, had two patients show up after me and get called back before me. Every encounter I’ve had here has been anything BUT pleasant. If it’s going to be almost an hour wait atleast have the decency to let the patient know that. People have lives

First of all, the front office staff is impersonal at best. They are incredibly bad at communicating, answering or returning calls, providing necessary medical documentation by very liberal due dates forcing us to go in person to watch them fax the paperwork because they just wouldn't do it. You never know which LPN you are seeing and you likely will see a Physician once if you're lucky. They do the bare minimum, refer to the first specialist on the list, give you a lollipop on the way out and say everything is fine and see ... read more
