zero stars, honestly. it's not a real doctor's office anymore, now they are just a commercial for One Medical which is a way to shakedown patients for $200 before they even provide any care of any kind. They've had several doctors leave over this change, apparently, and I completely understand why. They've put more bureaucracy and more fees between you and your medical care so if that's something you enjoy, then you might be OK with this change. My doctors visit was great but I didn't know ahead the office moved. I luckily just made it to my appointment!! Heads up as of today it's moved: 2500 W William Cannon Dr Building 607 Suite E1, Austin, TX 78745 I like my new doctor hopefully it will be better than other ones!!
I never imagined writing this review, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Growing up seeing Dr. Easterling, I sought help for pelvic pain and suspected PCOS, but my concerns were consistently dismissed. Despite requesting a referral with my HMO, it was declined. A year later, I switched to Dr. Martin, who promptly advised an OB visit. There, I was diagnosed with 2 large cysts on one ovary, narrowly avoiding the loss of the entire ovary. Extremely rude front desk staff (multiple experiences with this - worst I've ever seen for a medical center). They also canceled my urgent medical appointment and now they won't help me reschedule or answer my calls. Drs were fine.
