First time at this location and the experience was top notch. Everyone there is super nice. They did me a huge favor and got me in a month earlier. I really appreciate that. The X-ray and cleaning were painless and gentle. This will be my dentist from now on. Thank you all! Edit: Their office staff over charged me but now they keep sending me a bill. Ask your staff for the money. He messed up, not me.
Had a bad experience here with Bryan Koopman. Thank God he retired, but the front desk workers were passive aggressive and condescending to me and they're still there. They acted like I was an idiot I think because I was young it was my first time in that office. I want to warn people to not let them run you over and double check their work and your bill.
Dr Van Wicklen is a higly skilled, experienced, and ethical dentist. I came to him for a second opinion when I was told that I needed four crowns and two fillings even though I had no symptons. He carefully evaluated my teeth and determined that the "cavities" were stains and the fillings where crowns were recommended were still in good shape and my teeth are in good shape. He saved me thousands of dollars and gained a patient for life. He is truly one of a kind.
Dr Steve is the man! I wouldn't trust my teeth with anyone else..
