This place’s schedule is a problem, very inconvenient and inflexible, recommend do NOT go for it. My initial appointment as new patient is 4 months later from the time I called, as they are completely booked out, then I called 4 or 5 times in between there are always a reason they can not move the appointment earlier, and the availability of next slots changes quickly, often another 3 or 4 months later, and the front desk for scheduling is not helpful, cancelling appointments without clear communication. Short and sweet! Across the board, always professional! Ashley and all the front end staff are friendly and always professional! I see Dr Brossart, courteous, professional and approachable! All the Dr.’s support staff are awesome, no complaints here. Dr PK follows suit being friendly and I am confident in his abilities as with Dr Brossart! I saw the 1-star review over the TV. I was given this clinic from the VA. My dentist that worked on me was complaining about her hangover from a friend’s bachelorette party from the night previously. This was in January of 2025, my crown, has been hurting since then. I’ve been asking for an appointment from the VA but they’re booked out for 8 months. I’ve managed to chew on my left side to avoid irritating the crown but recently it fully started to decay. I’m receiving a private doctor outside of the VA to get the crown treatment.
