I have been taking my mom to this doctor for a little over 1 1/2 years now and if it were easy to find another neurologist at this state of my mom‘s medical condition I would and stop taking her here. But unfortunately because of the circumstances it’s the only reason we come back. But otherwise I would definitely not recommend this doctors office. I made an appointment and I also verified my insurance they said the accept it but when I get there I had to pay 400 cause an issue on there end with the insurance company. They are so unorganized and try to get smart and lie to you about your paper. Runnnnnn
My visit on 2/10/2026, was outstanding. I had a letter from my new insurance company stating I changed carriers, but it didn’t have I.d. # on it, so Brittany went above and beyond, and called insurance company and retrieved necessary info. While I waited on my card in the mail. Outstanding job Brittany 🙏 Thank you
Some of the staff were rude and unprofessional. No real help from the doctor.
Run! They are always 2-3 hours behind schedule and never apologize. Front desk employee is very rude.
