Rude Emergency Call Back I had to make the dreaded emergency call for my puppy. It appeared that he was having a seizer of some kind. I'd never seen anything like it before and it scared me to death. He became limp and unresponsive to stimuli. 15 minutes had passed after I'd left a message with the answering service before the doctor called me back. DUNDEE Our boston terrier had an accident on Christmas Day 2010 while we were in the woods deer hunting. Dr Rucker was so dedicated that he left his own family to come take care of our baby! Dr Rucker went over & beyond the call of duty for us & we are so grateful! Thank you so much Dr Rucker!
Uncaring and rude - stay away We have dealt with Waymack Animal Hospital twice now. Once was in an emergency call and once was in the office. Both times, Dr. Waymack and his staff were extremely rude. For the emergency call, my cat had been bitten by a snake on a Sunday. Dr. Waymack did not want to be bothered and made it clear that me calling him was a big inconvenience. In the office, the staff are extremely rude and do not treat you as if they value you as a customer. I will not trust my pets with people who act this way.... read more
vetrenarians I can't say enough good about Dr. Rucker and Dr. Waymack. I rescued a dog years ago that was in severely bad shape and they worked miracles on him. They are very knowledgeable and are very good about explaining things to you about your pets synptoms/needs. Also, they're assistants are always friendly and helpful. I would and have recommended them to everyone.
Waymack Animal Hospital I have used this clinic for almost 20 years. The vets and staff have never been rude. The person who found them so might wish to take a look at their own behavior and actions. They are a very caring clinic that has been in business for 35 years. Dr Waymack retired in June 2013 and the new staff is equally nice
Superb Veterinary Services!! The folks at the Waymack Animal Hospital have seen to the needs of all of my pets throughout the past 30 or so years. All of the doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. The thing I like the most is the fact that there is ALWAYS someone who is willing to come to the clinic at ANY hour of ANY day to take care of emergencies! Thanks to all, we appreciate all you do for us!
