Dr. Demeri is amazing and I’m very sad to be ending a 15 year relationship with him. However, the front staff is beyond rude and actually told me to go ahead and go into withdrawals from my medication. I will be reporting her and the absolutely horrible way she treats people. Thanks Yolanda, I hope you realize what your horrible attitude does to people.
Great Doctors and friendly staff.
I love my doctor here, however it is frustrating to try and make any sort of contact with the office staff. Every single time I call I'm on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes, but its been up to 15. I understand being placed on hold when a business is busy, but I have never, not once, in at least the past few years, been able to call and speak with someone without them rushing to place me on hold.
