My son has Asthma and started wheezing I called to have a refill sent to pharmacy and received a voicemail stating he needs to make an appointment with the doctor. I called back to make an appointment with the doctor and the earliest he can be seen is JULY! They want me to wait till July for an appointment for my son when he’s having problems breathing!!! I was told I would get a call back to see if they could get him in any sooner considering he’s wheezing and NEEDS his inhaler. Still haven’t received a call back.
The wait is never too long, quick and easy to check in, everything is clean and sanitized. Staff in the front and the back are friendly and helpful. Dr. Quesada is thorough and my kids don't mind doctors appointments because its seamless and quick. Never have any claims or billing issues. Happy I bring my 3 kids here.

VERY disappointed in the service I have received- my daughter has an eye consultation within the next few days and I have been calling since LAST WEEK regarding a referral needed- THIS IS HER VISION WE ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!! Needless to say, apparently they say someone called me last week- one time (NO MESSAGE OR ANYTHING OF THAT SORT WAS LEFT) to let me know I needed to take her in to be seen. I would totally be okay with that if I hadn't had to call in 2 days before her appt to get an update and find this out! On top of tha... read more
