This airline has the worst customer service. Even calls to the corporate office didn’t help. I had a legal name change, with all the supporting documents. Delta changed it for free, American. changed one for me for free.SAA $50./ticket for refund, and you rebuy the tickets at a higher rate. Never again!
Absolutely garbage, zero communication. Just fly ethiopian airways instead.
Great Airline! Very good Fares, just wish upgrading with Voyager Miles to Business does not require a more expensive base fare. I use them very often. I am trying to take the guys in the FLL Office to eat and give them free laptops
Flyers be aware. I called customer service at SAA to pay for an online booking. I was asked for all my credit card details, which made me uncomfortable since those had already been given on their website. Quickly after this call fraudulent purchases began appearing. I called to report this to SAA and talk to a supervisor, mainly as a courtesy, and was told that was not enough of a priority to them. I told the agent I was just wanting to inform them of possible compromised credit card system..still not a big issue to them. Lu... read more
