The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The supervisor, Tim Anderson, scoffed at me, rolled his eyes at me, and was unapologetic, unhelpful, and condescending. I had two copies of a key to a padlock made. The Ace-Hardware employee used the wrong key-model when cutting it so the two key copies did not work.
