Nice equipment/selection and the staff is awesome. Great for beginners and more experienced weight lifters. UPDATE: I have been working out here for years and have made some great memories/friends from south 6. Gym has a great community that is very welcoming and creates a very positive environment!
Overall a great gym. 24/7 gym, never extremely busy. Very polite owners. Clean equipment. Awesome community in this gym, there is always somebody kind and supportive to talk to at south 6th fitness. Ample amounts of cardio equipment, free weights, and machines, plus a large room perfect for core, cardio, CrossFit. Highly recommended to new and experienced individuals looking for a laid back and supportive gym.
