I drive all the way from Indiana just to get stuff out of storage and cannot get in and a not great an answer. Left two voicemails. I Am very frustrated. Very unprofessional! If they're never going to be in they should have a message saying that our something with their hours of operation or a back up person
Jus trying to find out how to get ahold of them and wen they are in the office been trying for bout a week to get ahold of any to pay my lot bc ive 2 locks for some reason but i am set up on auto pay
I recommend finding another Storage place this place is unprofessional and rude and never answer the phones when you need them to . I have been trying to pay my payment for a week now and they will not call me back so I can pay and I guarantee if I go there, they’ll be another lock on my storage to where I can’t get in even though I’ve made numerous attempts to pay my payment.
He's not very professional and has an attitude about stuff and tries to change the prices and rates just because he feels like it and I told him several times you can't just make the prices up as you go that's not how it works.
