I am VERY grateful for this program, without it I would struggle to afford medical care! I see Dr. Pham who is absolutely fantastic! He cares, is knowledgeable and listens! All extremely important but sadly rare to find all together in one Dr! His nurse is just as amazing! I have specific health issues that are FINALLY improving under the care of Dr. Pham. I absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a Dr!
Ive been seeing Ms. Leslie Smith since she was at the South Waco School. She's always done an amazing job. She still sees my grown children as well. I'll see her until she retires I absolutely love her. When my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and on her death bed Ms. Leslie went to her home to tell her good bye!! She is family.
Showed up early to check in and fill out any anything required. Both my children and I waited over an hour just to end up leaving without being seen by the provider. When I had asked was it normal to wait that long the lady responded yes some patients wait longer. There were also another lady with her kids that arrived before me and was still waiting after we left.
Am very grateful for this clinic, especially now since they have a pharmacy. Dr. Claus is hands down the best and highly recommended! The front desk has been amazing, a completely different atmosphere than what it used to be. The phlebotomist makes the experience calm and painless. The sonographer took her time during our first ultrasound and even though I was full of emotions, laughing, crying and joyful. She was patient and took her time.
