As someone who services and repairs their own cars after being fleeced in the past by other garages, my recent experiences with Soutars have been so good that I’m happy to recommend them to anyone I know (and the internet), and will now be doing a lot less repairs myself.

This is a complex 3/5.. but let me explain for an understanding of the experience. Booked car in (engine light had come on) - easy Dropped car off for diagnosis - easy Notified the was car repaired and cost was $400 Attended and got my car back paying the bill. I asked what the problem was staff member didn’t know, I was left with an invoice for some parts and confused. In summary, fast service, quick booking and repairs but zero communication points relevant to how much, what was wrong or what was fixed.
