Am very happy with Sousa's customer service. They installed a Liftmaster door opener and it has been solid but I did have a problem with sensors losing alignment. After Google and YouTube didn't necessary resolve the issue, I was able to speak with Nelson on the phone who was super patient and helpful. Nelson provided tips that eventually worked and we saved him having to do a site visit. My garage door opener stopped working on a Friday late afternoon and I called Sousal’s Garage Doors for help. Nelson was very knowledgeable and extremely patient at walking me through all the steps to reprogram the door since they could not make it to San Francisco so late on a Friday. I am very impressed with the level of customer service. Thank you again Nelson and because of you I will have a great weekend!!

Couldn’t be happier! Joe was kind and generous with his time. He explained the whole process, never once tried to upsell me, and was very flexible with my install date. The men who came out to install were equally as kind and very professional - hands down one of the best experiences during this remodel! A garage door spring broke. On a friends recommendation I called Sousa's. Albert arrived on time and gave me an idea how much it would be to repair, then set to work. Very simple, straightforward. What more could anyone want? No drama! Albert was friendly and personable and did a great job!!
