Purchased a home they built in 2022. The overall process was relatively painful. Getting wishy washy responses, or told one thing about inclusions and then denial anything was said. Our realtor was great in dealing with their "A-team" because he ensured everything was in writing and even then it was like pulling teeth for them to honor things that WERE IN THE CONTRACT! I purchased a home in the summer of 2020 built by Sousa Realty & Dev in Nov of 2009. The house is 11 1/2 years old and starting to fall apart. We had to replace the roof (14K) and the front entry way (10K). The windows installed are sub par contractor grade and will need to be replaced in the next couple of years (Cheapest est was 50k), the drywall installation was done poorly as nails are popping and seams are noticeably cracking.
