Absolutely God awful company that does not keep its word. Won’t show up to appointments, won’t answer emails, won’t reschedule despite promising to do so. And won’t apologize to boot. There’s always an excuse and never a solution. Stay away from working with them and if you’re buying a home that uses them as a subcontractor, good luck.
Not reliable. Show up when they feel like it. Can’t keep an appointment to save their lives. Too many no-shows, and no regard or acknowledgement. Only excuses. The responsiveness, communication, and professionalism are sorely lacking. Painters show up and don’t know what the job/work order is. As for the quality, it’s hit or miss. Baseboards are worse after they tried to fix original flaws/damage. Paint dripped on new floors.
They pay their workers a misery.
