It took 30 days to get items from Fairbanks to Seattle. Two crates of which are missing. I'm really disappointed in how they're handling this.
RecommendedWas assigned this company for my family’s PCS movement for HHG. Took two days to pack our things, as prescribed by transportation. Crew was very professional, courteous, and careful with our belongings. We had everything marked for movement, which worked very well, but if they were in doubt they did ask questions. Sourdough was hired to do the packing and shipment of our household goods. Upon receiving our items at our new location in the lower 48 we discovered very poor packing. Parts were missing from items, jewelry was not packaged properly so items were falling out of boxes. Bedroom stuff was mixed in with kitchen items. A complete mess when we would open boxes to unpack. Do not recommend.
