I was reached out and invited by the CEO of the company to apply for This position. After few phone calls and a group interview at Sourcewater, I was invited to the second interview. Although my first experience with COO during 2018 (Find the name yourself) was good, after few minutes into the second meeting he delivered a quote that to me it seemed a religious example of why I won’t be a good fit for this company. I was surprised to see the negative reviews posted by other interviewees and thought I should share my experience with Josh and Ben at Sourcewater. I initially submitted my resume for a position at their office in September of 2017 and while I wasn't contacted for that position, they kept my resume on file and ended up contacting me for a different role my skill set was more suited to some months later. They treated me with respect throughout the process, providing transparency for their expectations in the position and what... read more

Yes my interview calls also have moved few times (this is normal for small companies with very few employees ) but i promptly got the update about the time change. Overall, I had good experience with the management team and others in the company.
