Paid off my car but he demanded more money. Had to get a lawyer and threaten to sue to get my title after I made my last payment because he refused to give me my title free and clear of the lein. Reported them to the Attorney general and they forced him to give me my memorandum title to get permanent plates. Illegally charges late fees. The list just goes on. Terrible place, they are liars especially Ali the owner, Do NOT do Business with them!!! Unless you like being scammed. I purchased a vehicle from them almost 2 weeks ago, since I was out of state I negotiated my price over the phone for tax, title and plate. I informed them I would bring a check for the total out the door price. I left a deposit to hold the car. The post said the car was like new inside and out with a few minor flaws. Fast forward.
