Just don’t. No respect and the management hides HR situations and does nothing. They work you death and paperwork is beyond endless.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Please call anybody but these people.
Very unprofessional! They don’t care about the customers needs, only money in their pockets. They’re super selfish and rude.
Charged me for labor on a unit they installed that was defective from day 1. Told me labor and parts were covered. A year later they sent it to collections without calling me and insist that they never told me labor was covered. Don't bother. Google "coolsys cash problems" to see what kind of issues the parent company is having. What ended up happening is that because of these cash issues, they sent everyone with open invoices to collections. Including people with warranty claims.
