This company is so unprofessional. The property manager Norvie was hassling me about a pamphlet that was left at the apartment and wanted it back after a year. The pamphlet was about the appliances. She made a big deal about it. She also told me I would receive my security deposit and now is holding it before they receive the last water bill which I knew nothing about. I always had complaints about neighbors. When moving out they think the property is supposed to be in perfect shape meaning no wear and fare. I have asked for... read more

I would like to piggy back off of the Mariè ladies review. These ppl are definitely money hungry. I rented a 4bd 2 1/2 bath on Indian River Rd 3/24/23 - 3/31/24 never missed a rent payment until my last month there and that was due to me securing another home for my family and I.
