Seriously take your money elsewhere. Never came to see move in conditions, never came to move out... the home had numerous issues such as unmaintained -old-soiled carpets, expensive water leak, busted connection to water heater at move in, uncovered outlets, fire hazards as permanently locked window bars, out of regulation fire alarms, refrigerator that is hot to the touch, and deposits in ice maker. Seriously take your money elsewhere. Never came to see move in conditions, never came to move out... the home had numerous issues such as unmaintained -old-soiled carpets, expensive water leak, busted connection to water heater at move in, uncovered outlets, fire hazards as permanently locked window bars, out of regulation fire alarms, refrigerator that is hot to the touch, and deposits in ice maker. Horrible experience. Didn’t follow through with any repair suppose to be done in the home rented. We had to threaten to withhold the rent so the issues in the home would be fixed. Didn’t come to move out inspection. Supposedly did it after we left the state. Doesn’t answer phone calls, emails or texts. Been moved out of the home for almost 2 months now and still waiting on security deposit refund. You don’t hear from the office unless it has to do with a money issue. Do not recommend !
