I purchased a tiny split system online from Home Depot, and the owner came out to complete the last steps. He verified all of the work I had completed on my own, connected the refrigerant lines to the system, tested the system using dry nitrogen, removed air and moisture using a vacuum pump, released the refrigerant pre-charge, tested the system, and completed the warranty card that was included with the system.
