Not sure how to review just a York HVAC unit so I apologize if this is not directed at the York company itself. We had ARS rescue Rooter of Durham install a York HVAC less than a week ago and it has stopped working at least once a day if not more resulting in lots of phone calls and now 3 techs coming out to see what is wrong. Perhaps it is not the unit itself and it was the install. Great service, reasonable prices. Shaun's the go to for fast service.
Great service in the winter with fast response times, and faster service/response times in the summer when it's crunch time. Prices are better than other york distributors in the surrounding areas. Counter team is unmatched.
