Have had over 30 oil changes on Jeep with over 20 at Source 1 and always took 5 qts of oil. First time used coupon and it suddenly took 6 qts and the last one cost $8. Never Use Again!
Transmission was shifting hard and brought in for diagnostic. They reset computer and worked perfectly. They could have taken me to the cleaners but didn't charge me a dime. Found my mechanics for life.
I was referred by two trustworthy friends. They didn't steer me wrong! Both Brian and Mike are knowledgeable, helpful and get things done in a timely manner. I will definitely go back!
I have not had experience with their work as of yet but I have communicated with them via messages on here recently and the customer service is great! They get back to you in a timely manner and are very nice people, I can’t wait to get my vehicles in to their shop!
This is the best place to have your car worked on. They are incredibly kind and friendly. They will always be upfront and honest with what you need done. I've always had my car serviced here if possible and because of that it has always been done right. My car was always fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Brian and Mike kill it. Best shop around everyone.
I emailed back and forth with Brian at Source1 about a used car inspection that I was hoping to get done. Unfortunately upon looking at the car in person it didn't pass the "sniff test" so we never proceeded with the inspection. However, Brian answered every single question and concern I had within minutes of emailing him and he treated me like I was their only client. This included after hour emails that were as late as even 11-12:00 at night. Now that's service! I highly recommend these guys!
