Just have to share my service experience here. I drove through some loose gravel down a local road here in Sour Lake and had a few small rocks stuck between the heat shield and the rotor. My front passenger side of truck was making an awful sound. Spoke to service manager, who personally drove my truck to a lift bay and fixed my problem within minutes. Couldn’t ask for better service! I highly recommend using them for all your service needs. In and out in 20 minutes.
