I called the office to get an appointment for my son (9 yrs old) because he had a sinus infection and I was told we would need to fill out some kind of intake form. This form would be looked over by the provider and we would need to be “approved” before being seen, which the receptionist said could take at least A WEEK to get approved or denied! This place is finding treasure in your back yard. Who would think that Sour Lake would have the best medical practice around?! The reason why? They don't just focus on medicine, they are very forward thinking or maybe I should say retro thinking in using natural medicine, nutrition, supplements etc to heal the root cause and not just treat the symptoms. Will never go back . The office told me Insurance would cover my blood work and then wanted me to pay 180 out of pocket . Also when asking Trish the np questions she got very agitated and was rude and yelled for the office lady to step in because she was in a hurry .I said I'm so sorry I can tell you are aggravated and she agreed that she was . Lacey guedry I would give 5 starts because she is patient and kind however what I experienced today i will never be back .
