I’m pretty tech-savvy and already had parental controls in place on my child’s phone, but I ran into a couple of issues I couldn’t quite figure out. I found myself with a broken phone with pictures that didn’t sync to my iCloud. The staff at sour apple were able to handle it with ease and professionalism. Everyone I encountered was very patient and kind. I will definitely use them again!
I was advised by another place to buy a 'replacement phone' since my current phone was not operating correctly. I had called and when I visited Sour Apple I was shown a replacement phone that was available. I was ready to buy yet he noticed my phone with the screen going awry (crazy) and asked if that was the problem. Yes, it certainly was! Ive had an battery-not-recognized & low battery health issue with my iphone 13 mini and they got it fixed right away. Considering the price for the battery itself, the cost was at minimum. Friendly, straightforward, and detailed customer service.
