First time ever having hot pot, and I'm so happy I chose Soul Leaf to experience it! You definitely need to make a reservation, we did not and we waited 30 minutes, but it was worth the wait. I'm not a big meat eater so I was thrilled when I saw all the fresh vegetables, tofu, and seafood. The seasonings and sauces are very good! I think I found my soup spot!
