Dr. Cho is an excellent cardiologist, a great doctor. He has been my mom's doctor for over two years. He is very polite, but the staff is very irresponsible; they don't answer the phones, and when they do, they lead you to believe they'll call you back, but they do not. The doctors in that office need to take actions against this behave, this is unacceptable.
He’s been the best cardiologist for past 10 years who’s been talking care of me and my family.
Dr Soung Cho is a really good Dr, he is so professional and explained every concern to a patient, but the phone system is really disappointing, they're never never answer the phone. To make an appt, you walked from Fairview to there, a patient with 89 years old, this is incredible. Really bad service
