Positively impressed by the setting of the office : well decorated, clean and welcoming. Kindness and cooperation of the receptionist lady. Professionalism and honesty of Mr. Glenn York, who was very straightforward and didn't try to sell me any device I do not need. I commend this practice.
Great outfit, they will take care of you
Quite an experience. I got the hearing test then the programed hearing aids. I could actually hear my wife talking as she came down the hall. These were the demo units, can't wait for mine to come in.
Lost the end of my hearing aid deep in my ear, most painful. Glenn was able to get it out. He replaced the big parts with smaller ones. Feels so much better. Thank you, Glenn!
