Tessa, the administrator, was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, professional, and made sure we were taken care of right away. She even managed to get a technician out the same day, which we really appreciated. Brian, the technician, showed up promptly and did an amazing job fixing our heating system. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to us once the repair was done. The service started with arrival only 10 minutes into the scheduled block of hours and proceeded without any clear incident. The service was polite and presumably well versed in his work to the extent that I might tell. He left no mess and was done in a reasonable time. I had no clear understanding that any fault was noted and hope that the evaluation was correct.
I can not recommend Soundview enough! The customer service is outstanding. My unit needed a part that would not be in for 3-4 days, leaving my house without heat or hot water. The owner called me personally to explain the situation. Hours later, Soundview called to let me know they had been on the phone all morning trying to locate the part and had found it in western Nassau County. They Ubered the part to the office in Middle Island! Justin showed up to my house at 6:00 on Halloween and made the necessary repairs! This was ... read more
