We’ve been a customer for over 15 years… they’ve done our central air, burner, hot water heater, we have a maintenance plan… whatever it is, Soundview is always on point. Professional, prompt, patient in explaining things… and I never feel uncomfortable or unsafe when their service workers are here. Outstanding service all around and we highly recommend them!
Used Soundview Heating & Air Conditioning for install of new mini split system and new hot water heater. Phil the owner is nice, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable - he came onsite for the estimate, was very attentive to what our needs were for the systems, he answered all questions we had on the different cooling and heating options while onsite and afterwards via email and phone, and he had no issues with providing different estimates for different options we were considering. Boiler was leaking water. Soundview came and replaced expansion tank and relief valve. All done in a little over an hour. Will continue to use sound view for future heating and ac needs
The technician who came to my house today, John, Was a consummate professional, he was kind, polite, and explained everything to me about the work he was doing. He was able to diagnose my heating systems problem repair it fairly easily. He obviously has a lot of experience, And I would highly recommend Soundview Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs that type of service.
