Dr. Giannuzzi and his Office Manager, Barbara,were great in addressing my needs, especially for emergency denture repair. The lab Technician, Mr. Simone, was awesome. He made the repair for me laid in the day within one hour. I was very pleased.

We were quoted a price of $2,234.97 for a crown. Our part would be about $514, paid in advance, with insurance estimated to pay $1,721. They underestimated the insurance payment by over $1,000. After many calls to Dental365 and the local dentist’s office, unkept promises of return calls, about a month later they reversed the $1,000 balance, saying this is a one time favor. I love Dental 365 and the staff was Amazing. The new location in Shoreham offers State-of-the Art technology. I absolutely loved my hygienist, Gail. Now I look forward to my cleanings. It was such a pleasure to say the least. Dr. Lee is so caring, positive and professional. I would highly recommend , especially to my colleagues at Northwell Health as they have many locations and accept our insurance SMILE

Inadequate dental advice left me with a worse smile than I started with. What should’ve been a simple tooth bleaching resulted in permanent teeth damage, a severe overbite, which led to ongoing sleep issues and inevitable teeth decay over time. The lesson here is critical: never take one provider’s word as final. Always get a second or third opinion—because one wrong decision can lead to lifelong stress and irreversible consequences.
