They are wonderful with my fur baby snoopy, great place to to take your animals, very caring!
Dr Escireaux is top notch.....cares so much for his patients and their nervous wreck families. Even after discharge will call to check on how well the pet is doing . Recommend him and his staff without reservation .
These are without a doubt the best people in the world. I love everyone there. More importantly so does my 12 year old Boston.
Once again the staff of Soundside has calmed my fears when dealing with this nervous dog Mom concerning my elderly 15 yr old Min Pin! A "semi-emergency" (in my mind) ;) came up last week and although Dr E wasn't available they were able to get me in for an appt last minute with the new Vet Dr. Harper who was professional, caring and she calmed my fears about my oldster's health issues. I think Vincent was smitten as well. THANK YOU Dr. Harper, and as always the entire staff of Soundside for your tender loving care.
I sent my girl Brandy over the Rainbow Bridge, This past Monday. I recommended by a mutual friend of Dr. Rodriguez. She was so kind..and her assistant cried along with me. Brandy was my best-friend for 12 years and I am so touched how nice everyone was...and the card I received from everyone at the office with her pawprint on it. That brought me to tears but I am so blown away at the gesture!!! If I could give more stars I would!! Will definitely be bring my other two furbabies in to see Dr. R in the future.
Very impressed with how professional ALL the staff are. Organized, caring, and dr. E spends as much time as you need with you and your precious pet. Never feel rushed and he always goes out if his way to make sure you leave confident that your pet is being well looked after. Even follow up phone calls from either the vet or staff! Absolutely wonderful.
