I went to Sounds Unique to have a stereo installed into my 1988 Chevy Silverado Suburban I had picked up. Ken installed it only to find out the wiring at the fuse box had been played with. Ken kept at it until he was able to get it working. He did not charge me for the extra 11/2 hrs. he put into it trying to fix it for me. This is how the world used to work !! I would definetly recommend Sounds Unique for anything auto tech related !! Thank You Ken, I will definetly be back, sir !!
Let me start off by saying how great and helpful Kenny, the owner was/is. I know very limited knowledge on sounds and audio. Any question I had, he answered with no hesitation. He assured me very well my car was in good hands. My car now is complete with the boom and punch I was looking for at a reasonable price. Kenny also helped me install some extra lights and seamlessly did it. I’m very happy with sound unique! Go with the Rockford Fosgates! I got 12s!
Sounds Unique Inc in Hillsboro is hands down one of the best car audio and custom installation shops in the area. Kenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain every option so you get exactly what you want. He’s done multiple jobs for my work van and has continued to give sound advice whenever I need anything. You see the reviews! Don't hesitate to call him, this is the only car audio place in the Portland Metro I’d go to.
Called and helped me for free over the phone cartoys was unwilling
I was having issues with a subwoofer install and called in to see if they could help me out. I assume I spoke with the owner who ran me through a bunch of different checks to try. Finally we came to the conclusion that I’d have a bad RCA cable. I tried to come in to buy one from him but he just told me to pick one up online. I would 100% recommend going here. A lot of the shops around us are scammy, but these guys are very trustworthy and absolute professionals.
