I cannot say enough about how my case was treated. I have been hearing difficulties since an incident at work occurred. Instead of properly investigating what the issue could be the owner suggested an auditory processing test to try and make more money instead of suggesting an actual investigational approach. Lazy and unethical as I only took the test off her recommendation. She then proceeded to say I was influencing the results of the test and wrote a negative note in my chart.
