Rick, Tommy and the guys at Sounds Great are simply the best! I’ve known them for 15 years and they have always come through taking care of not only my clients, but my family as well. You can trust them and rest assured that you will be taken care of.
Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I called to get an estimate on a subwoofer install and the guy I spoke with over the phone was very unprofessional for no reason. If you want a better customer service experience I would choose another shop to do business with and good quality work, if I could do a 0 star I would.
Great customer service and installation. Needed to get a new stereo for my daughter's car and they were helpful and friendly and got our car back to us promptly. We were able to set up an appointment for the install and it was a very easy process. Nice guys, very friendly and did a wonderful professional job.
Got my amp tuned in 2 minutes, didn’t even charge me for it, even gave me some advice, awesome shop, awesome people
