Great service. Awesome staff and doctor Talley is phenomenal.
Amazing experience with Doctor,nurse and receptionist they are kindly and nice with my little girl.. I recommend it
First off the receptionist was RUDE as hell yelling at you to fill out the forms then when you ask where and what you need to sign for she doesn’t even know and is getting upset that you asked.I came in for a hearing test my appointment was at 2:30pm I got there at 2:18pm and didn’t leave until 3:42 I was sitting there waiting just to do a hearing test. The wait time sucks however the doctor was really nice and patient.
Update on my review 2026 I had to take a star off because of how Nishi handled the payment issue from my grandmothers insurance. This was a 7 month process by the way. What surprised me the most was her lack of concern or empathy for my grandmothers situation and her “ it is what it is” attitude. If she would have showed SOME compassion towards us who had an issue with this NEW PROCESS, this office would have stayed with a 5 stars review.
