I’m very pleased with the excellent service and care I have been receiving from the SoundPoint Hearing at Oracle Rd. Communication is very important to me and Dr Isbitt has been amazing listening and communicating information and action plan to accommodate my needs. Cheryl, the front desk receptionist, has been very helpful; scheduling appointments have been easy. I’m happy with my hearing aids; my new helpers, improving my daily activities. I highly recommend SoundPoint Hearing Center.
If I could give this company a zero review I would. The customer service is terrible. To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement. I would never use them again. The Benefits Coordinator can’t seam to work with insurance company I have tried to get to them call and work directly. But, NO! Every time I call there is quick action from my insurance. I just moved here and they had to send my hearing aid for repair. I had it back in 2 days. Great!
Long phone wait. Had to wait over a week before someone would look at my broken hearing aid although they advertise same day repair service available.
